Dissolve the cornflour in the milk. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them like an omelet.

Add the cornflour and milk mixture to the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

III.

Melt theinfused butterin a hot pan.
Add the eggs and a pinch ofhemp flowersand remove from heat, mix quite slowly for 15 seconds with a spatula.

Your eggs are ready!
