A recipe where grapeseed oil replaces traditional olive oil to give way to the flavors of hemp flowers.

I.

Peel and remove the germ from the garlic cloves.

II.

Pound into a paste in a mortar.

III.

In a bowl, place the garlic puree, add an egg yolk, season and then mix.

IV.

Pour in the infused grapeseed oil and whisk vigorously while adding it. The sauce should thicken easily.

V.

Add the chives and mix again.

It's ready!

Advice

If the sauce doesn't thicken, whisk an egg yolk in another bowl and add it to the mixture.

You can also use infused olive oil to get closer to the original recipe.

You can serve this sauce with grilled vegetables, cabbage, hard-boiled eggs.
