Gruissan Salt

For the production of our salt, we continue to work locally, sourcing our salt from the Gruissan salt marshes located in the heart of the Narbonaise Natural Park. In its pink lakes, a rare fleur de sel crystallizes, as the Gruissan salt marshes are among the last remaining in the region.

Our water-soluble oil

The result of an 8-month collaborative effort between Supersonic Tech laboratory and Bouillon Chanvre, we have finally succeeded in obtaining a CBD oil that blends perfectly with honey. This water-soluble oil is made from organically grown flowers and allows for better absorption of CBD by the body.

In the heart of unspoiled nature, Gruissan salt crystallizes through natural evaporation. Harvested as the autumn equinox approaches, the salt reaches its full mineral maturity: magnesium, calcium and other trace elements.

The Gruissan salt marshes are situated in an exceptional environment. In the heart of the Narbonnaise en Méditerranée Regional Natural Park, the island of Saint Martin is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea and the Ayrolle lagoon. The Gruissan saltworks lie between the coast and the mountains, stretching across several hectares between the Mediterranean Sea and the Clape massif.

Nicknamed the pink lake of Gruissan, the salt flats offer a pink-tinted water that is both surprising and resplendent.

The salt marshes owe their color to the pink algae present in the salt water areas of the Camargue.

The operation of the Gruissan saltworks promotes bird activity and nesting*. Indeed, the flooding of the salt pans creates a habitat for numerous bird species. The greater flamingo is the most representative species.
