Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a double boiler. Add thedecarboxylated pollenin the container when the butter-chocolate mixture has melted completely.

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix, then fold in the sifted flour. Grease a baking pan and pour in the mixture.

Bake for 8-9 minutes. Let the fondant cool slightly before enjoying.
