Making your own hemp sugar

Make your own dye.

In a baking dish, spread out your sugar and pour your dye over it. Use a spatula to mix the sugar and dye evenly. The mixture will then resemble wet sand.

Cover with a cloth to protect it from dust. Place the dish in a dry place and allow the alcohol to evaporate completely.

Stir frequently (5 to 6 times a day) to ensure complete evaporation. Use a heating mat to speed up the process.

V.

The sugar is ready when its texture is once again similar to that of dry sugar and it no longer smells of alcohol.

VI.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Your sugar is ready.
