Make your own dye.

In a baking dish, spread out your salt and pour your dye over it. Use a spatula to mix the salt and dye evenly. The mixture should then resemble wet sand.

Cover with a cloth to protect it from dust. Place the dish in a dry place and allow the alcohol to evaporate completely.

Stir frequently (5 to 6 times a day) to ensure complete evaporation. Use a heating mat to speed up the process.

V.

The salt is ready when its texture resembles that of dry salt again and it no longer smells of alcohol.

VI.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Your salt is ready.

Option: It is possible not to filter the dye prepared before the recipe to keep the flower inside the preparation.
