Decarboxylate your hemp flowersPlace the decarboxylated flowers in the cheesecloth or tea ball. Pour the coconut oil into the jar and place the tea ball inside. Close the jar.

Place a saucepan half-filled with water over low heat.
Place the pot in the saucepan, first wedging it in place with a cloth (to prevent the pot from being in direct contact with the saucepan and to prevent it from moving too much).

Cook in a bain-marie for 1 to 2 hours (see the cooking time recommendations and preferences chart in the hemp manual). The water can boil, but it doesn't need to be at a rolling boil.
IV.
Remove the pot from the saucepan, take out the tea ball and let it cool, covering it with a cloth if necessary to prevent dust from settling. Close the pot tightly.
Your CBD oil is ready. Consume within 6 months.
You can use other oils, such as sunflower oil. Coconut oil is generally better suited for sweet dishes, while sunflower oil is more appropriate for savory cooking.
