This recipe allows you to make homemade chocolate that you can enjoy at any time of day.

I.

Decarboxylate the pollen.

II.

Fill a saucepan with a little hot water, making sure it doesn't touch the bowl placed on top. Put the chocolate pieces in the bowl and place it over the saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the water is simmering. Stir regularly until the chocolate is melted, smooth, and free of lumps. Remove from the heat.

III.

Stir the hemp pollen into the melted chocolate and mix well to distribute it evenly. Use a very fine powder for best results.

IV.

Fill chocolate molds or an ice cube tray. Alternatively, pour into a single container to cut into pieces later if needed.

V.

Gently tap the molds on the work surface to release any air bubbles. Avoid overfilling to prevent overflowing.

VI.

Place the molds in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens. Leave for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the type of chocolate and the size of the molds.

VII.

Once the chocolate has cooled, you can take it out of the refrigerator and enjoy it.

You can also add toppings of your choice, such as chopped nuts, dried fruit, or shredded coconut.

Enjoy your meal.
